A custom gong striker made for the entrance of The Nest farmhouse, designed in dialogue with the bespoke door handle. The piece is crafted from Glochidion ferdinandi, a native Australian hardwood, with a forged shackle and hook for hanging. The surface is finished with ferric acetate and sealed with a wax and rosin varnish, offering durability and protection against the elements.
