Romeo Mignot Hodges
I’m a designer and artist working across object, furniture, and material exploration. My practice is rooted in traditional craft and guided by a contemporary sensitivity to form, process, and place. I’m particularly drawn to the tactile—to techniques that carry history—and how they can be reimagined in new cultural contexts.
Being born in California, raised in Mexico, and lived in France, London, and Australia, my work carries a global sensibility and a deep respect for material narratives. I graduated from the University of the Arts London with a BA in Product and Furniture Design, and since then, I’ve been developing a studio practice that bridges the collectible and the functional, the sculptural and the handmade.
